How long should the F11 Pro be left on the surface before wiping and buffing?: Hi Roger! You can leave F11Pro on the surface for 30 or so seconds, and then wipe in. You don't want to wait for the product to dry before buffing because it will be harder to do so.
Can the F11 pro and wash be used on a Hyundai ionic Mat finish?: Yes, absolutely. F11Pro will further enhance the matte finish without giving it a false shine.
I have been using F 11 on my vehicle. Can I apply the F11 Pro to the surface directly over the F11 or do I need to do anything To prepare the surface?: Hi! Since you have been using F11, you can apply F11Pro right over it.
I just received my f11pro multi surface polish and sealer for use on my cars, should I have ordered the all surface instead?: Hi Larry! Our F11Pro is our more advanced formula, compared to the F11. However, both products are multi-purpose and can be applied to the interior and exterior of a vehicle.
